Trauma-Sensitive Yoga

These studies have generally found that regular yoga practice does indeed reduce some PTSD symptoms in people who have been exposed to traumatic events.

We teamed up with Teal Lotus Yoga to offer free trauma-sensitive classes to survivors of military sexual trauma. The classes are held in our Phoenix, AZ office every Tuesday at 6 pm. We provide all equipment.  All levels. No experience necessary! Just wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
